Covid-19 FAQ
STAY IN PARIS
Health measures concerning your stay at Villa Bohème
In this exceptional and rather destabilizing period, since still full of unknowns, we have also chosen to open only one hotel from our small group in order to better master the new procedures.
We wondered about the best ways to approach the situation.
How to welcome you in the best conditions for you and for us?
What are the challenges, the new practices to be implemented without causing anxiety for all of us?
How can you be reassured about the involvement of our team?
Common sense ideas emerged that we want to share with you !
Barrier actions and protection of individuals
- Wearing of the mask by all staff.
- Plexiglass at the reception.
- Provision of hydro-alcoholic gel at reception.
- Regular disinfection of all customer contact points (door handles, elevator buttons, etc.) with virucidal products.
- Disinfection of our electronic payment terminal after each use with a virucidal product.
- Social distancing.
- Limitation of the flow of people.
- No more than 1 (or 2) people in the elevator at a time.
- Adapting our breakfast to new constraints in room service or in the dining room, but served at the table by one of our team members.
Specific hygiene measures
- Reinforced cleaning protocol, training and personal protective equipment for our maintenance staff.
- Careful disinfection of our rooms with virucidal products.
- Reinforced protocol for linen management and disinfection (sheets and towels).
- Specific organization for rooms rented for several nights: no one other than you will enter your room during your stay except at your request.
Our prices have also been adapted: we no longer offer non-refundable reservations and allow you additional flexibility by being able to cancel up to D-1 before your stay. We do not take payment until arrival.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart to the members of our team,
And thank you for your loyalty, we look forward to seeing you again in the heart of the lively South Pigalle district !
